OUR JUSTICE ABORTION ASSISTANCE FUND & LODGING PROGRAM

Our Justice’s abortion assistance fund and lodging program provides direct funding for abortion appointments and hotel stays for Minnesota patients. You do not need to be a Minnesota resident to apply for assistance, you will just need to have an appointment with a Minnesota provider or a provider within our service area.  

Types of Support We Offer:

  • Abortion financial assistance

  • Lodging support

  • Referrals for rides to clinics, abortion doulas and aftercare resources

How to Apply for Assistance:

  • Make an appointment with an abortion clinic in Minnesota or Iowa (Emma Goldman Clinic only). This step is required to qualify for assistance. Visit our community resources page to find a clinic within our service area. NOTE: If you have an appointment with Whole Woman’s Health or Pills by Post, please contact the clinic directly for financial assistance and DO NOT fill out this intake form.

  • Determine how much money you will need to request. Please keep in mind that we are generally able to help but we may not be able to grant the entire request. We may be able to refer you to other sources of funding. You may still be responsible for costs related to your abortion.

  • Fill out our intake form. We will ask for your contact information, date and place of your appointment, and additional details about your needs and circumstances. Once you’ve completed our form, we will contact you with next steps.
